The best way to make an appointment is by telephone, but email communication is perfectly acceptable.
The staff is friendly and helpful. My husband has had excellent care several times. Each time he as gone he was in great pain (back problems) and within two visits was completely pain free after receiving a combination of acupuncture and chiropractic care. He gives his wholehearted recommendation, and considering that he is very picky that is high praise indeed.
No-one in the office speaks English so be prepared with the vocabulary you'll need to explain which part of your body needs help, or what services you want. You could always have one of your Brazilian friends call (or go with you) and explain any specific issues you may have.
