Inspired by the cuisine of Bahia, this restaurant is an elegant bistro with fantastic food and service.
The menu is diverse, the wine list excellent, we are greeted personally by the owner and have had an exceptionally good meal every time. The dining room surrounds a lush courtyard and feels like we're far from the city even though it is located in the middle of Centro.

This is the only restaurant in Rio das Ostras indicated in the "Guia Quatro Rodas" guide and one of a select group of the "Restaurantes da Associação da Boa Lembrança" - an entity who's purpose to arrange special occasions that are part of the affective memory of a multitude people.
From the 7th to 15th May the restaurant is celebrating their 8th anniversary along with Mother's Day. Special menu items include Crispy Queijo Coalho with a sweet and sour sauce of molasses with balsamic vinaigrette. For the main course, the customer may choose Vatapa, which can be made with fish or shrimp, or the traditional Bobo Shrimp. For dessert, a mix of three versions of sweet coconut, a real gift for moms and the rest of the family. Cost for this special event is R$48 each person.
